We sell lamb by whole or half. We charge $9.00/lb hanging weight, which includes butchering. Product is sold wrapped and frozen. The meat is processed in a government-inspected facility and is professionally butchered off-site. Hanging weight is generally 35 to 50 lbs.
We occasionally have mutton available. $8.00/lb hanging weight. Customers are advised via email re: availability.
Meat sales are managed via email. If you wish to be added to our customer list, send us an email and you will be notified when we plan to process lambs. Orders are taken on a first-come-first-served basis. We do not sell through any retail outlets.
